We are looking at full size mattresses for our toddler. Any recommendations? I'm thinking not too firm or too plush but something in between. We got him a platform bed so only need the top mattress, no box spring.
We just used a decent plush firm which is the in-between firmness you are describing for a first mattress. It's good for all types of sleepers, back, tummy or side. Once the kids were school age, we upgraded the mattress. I don't have a specific brand b/c I just don't remember. I'd look in your price range and just lay on them.
Thanks! I'm having a hard time testing them with my huge 34 week belly! Besides, I like ultra plush mattresses. I think I'll go with plush as you suggested and pick a mid priced one. I'm hoping it will last a good ten years.
