So I'm cooking chicken breast for LO for the first time and I am thawing a frozen breast, baking it, and chopping it very finely. Can I freeze it? Obviously it's going to take awhile to go through a full breast and I'm realizing I have no idea how to store it.

Re: Chicken storage
Raw chicken can be thawed, then cooked, then frozen.
After the chicken is cooked, portion it to freeze. Once the (already cooked) frozen chicken is thawed it SHOULD NOT be re-frozen.
Once thawed, (reheat if necessary) serve, or throw out.
