Trying to Get Pregnant

Bbt and a bad dream

Okay.  First month of BBT (I am doing it old school this month and using paper and pen. I will get the data loaded into FF next month if it's a BFN.) But today, my 14th day, my temp spiked this morning to 97.9. My avg is 97.4.  However, I had been awake since 3 (fing cat) and then after I fell back to sleep around 4 I had a serious nightmare and woke up feeling really gross an hour later.  I guess the only way to know for sure about O is to keep tracking, but do you think this is an outlier?

to clarify: I took my temp at the same time I always take it, but I hadn't had three or four consecutive hours of sleep.  My OPK for the last two days has also been negative.  CM has also seemed nonexistent this cycle--- which is unusual for me and I was hoping it's because I haven't ovulated yet.  I am "due" for AF around July 14 and I know that you're typically supposed to ovulate between 12 and 16 days before your period, so that means today would be too early, right?
