High 21 day progesterone pregnancy success stories?

I am new to this site, but have been wanting to join for a while. I am 29 and have been TTC for a little over a year. I had an early miscarriage in March. I was told I have PCOS (with non of the symptoms) and I just had surgery in April to remove a polyp and Stage 3 endometriosis. Our doctor said he removed it all and we should be able to conceive now. I am on day 21 of my cycle now and had an ultrasound done on day 13 (which showed 3 follicles measuring 20.5, 20.5, and 23.5 and uterine lining was 9). My question is, they checked my progesterone today and it was 40. Does this mean I may be pregnant?

That was what I thought, but my nurse told me that it could be a good sign.

I know! My hopes are definitely too high now. (Even though it doesn't have anything to do with getting a positive test.)
