Currently, I'm loving the album Boys and Girls by the Alabama Shakes. It's on in my car almost all the time. Windows down. Hair blowing in the wind. Music turned up loudly. Smelling the last of the honeysuckle blooming.

I knew you were Trouble (the Taylor Swift song) covered by Walk Off The Earth. They have original songs too but do covers that I feel surpass every original. If you haven't seen this video on youtube check it out - they do the entire song a capella with an amazing beatboxer.

I do not understand that song. How is the ceiling supposed to hold you anyway?! I jam to the song until I try to figure out the lyrics.

I just got back from the Bruno Mars concert. I love anything by him. Oh Em Gee he's so freaking sexy I can't stand it. Seeing him in concert was incredible. F!!
He paid tribute to Aliyah and sang "work the middle" and danced to it. Love him!

We love the Decemberists! DH and I have seen them live several times. Always a great show!

I'm so jealous! I haven't been to a concert in forever. DH and I saw Bob Dylan in Monterrey, California in 2010 but the day was a disaster and we ended up missing two hours of the show. He's playing in Memphis with Wilco on July 2nd and we were going to go, but DH couldn't get the day off. Lame. 

That blows. Yeah, I think our last concert was when I was pregnant with DS... Who is now over two and a half. I wanted to get DH tickets to see The Flaming Lips, but it happens to be a night that his parents, aka our babysitters, will be out of town. Oh, well. Maybe we'll go back to being cool concert goers someday...

You will MELT if you see him live! I can't sleep because of the concert. His moves... they're just so hot!!
I think he sincerely likes performing too. He really seemed to be having a great time out there.
