Does anyone know how to measure what size flange you would need for a breast pump? The one I have is too small but the size isn't on it, in order to know what to go up to. Or does anyone know how to measure your breasts to know?
Hopefully, the link works. This is for the medela. It's referring to them as breastshields now. Not sure why. Basically, you can't really tell unless you are pumping and you see how everything fits.

If you've got a Medela, it comes with 24 mm shields.

A Lactation Consultant could probably take a look at how bad the fit on the standard flange is and tell you how far to go up.
