My whiny vent for the day, haha. Our basement, which is where our family room is, has ths super crappy old ceiling tile (fiberboard maybe? It's not ceramic, definitely softish). Been there since the house was built. About three months ago or so it started sagging and a few fell out. Got a contractor to come look at it. Can't really replace case they are so old they don't make the same color/kind. Cheapest option is to Sheetrock he whole thing. Estimated cost $3K. Ugh. Have to do it cause we want to sell in a year or so. Just not a cost we really need right now.
