Kinda TTGP related

I'm getting ready to go to my first job interview! I'm feeling a lot of pressure because H and I have decided that if I don't get a teaching job for next year we're going to table TTC until I do. 

 Is anyone else in a similar situation (job before baby)?

Kind of. My H wants to wait until he graduates from college and has a steady job before we officially start to TTC. Don't worry too much about it though. Life will carry on if you have to table TTC for a few years to put yourself in a better position for your future children. 

 Sometimes being a great mommy is learning to make the hard decisions before you even have your kids.

For me it wasn't job but it was school. The beginning of last year we were between TTC or me starting my Master's. Ultimately I chose Master's and held off on TTC for about a year and a half. Now that the end of my program is 4 months away we've decided to start trying.

Thanks for the replies ladies. We've already tabled it a couple of times... First it was wait until I graduate college. Then it was wait until we buy a house. Now it's wait until I get a job. I'm just tired of waiting! I understand being financially responsible, but I'm also of the opinion that there isn't really a "good time" to TTC. Interview went well, so I'll just have to wait and see!
