Ovulation Frustration!

It's vent time.

I'm on CD19 and according to all the signs I'm tracking (BBT, CM, OPK) I still haven't ovulated. Granted, I've only been charting for 2 months and don't know if I'm just a late ovulator or what but that doesn't mean I can't be frustrated! AND I ran out of OPK tests yesterday and new ones won't come from Wondfo/Amazon till tomorrow. Come on girls, just O already!!

Also, it's not uncommon to ovulate later in your cycle. The whole 28 day cycle where you ovulate on CD14 is what is considered average.

Have you recently gone off of hormonal birth control?

Thanks Tamma. It's hard to re-train your brain that unprotected sex is good and O on CD14 is just an average. I've been off of BC since February. I'm not worried or anything, just want to O already!

I was in the same boat last month and didn't O until CD22!  My usual day is around CD17, so I was getting a little frustrated as well.  Just keep HIO so you don't miss it!

I ovulate around cd 22 but anywhere from 17 to 27. The more cycles you chart the better idea you'll have of your normal.

Ovulation date can vary, but your luteal phase will be fairly regular

I understand you are frustrated, but where you're at isn't that far out of the realm of "average" and many girls here don't O until where you're at, or later. Your OPKs will be here soon, keep checking your other fertility signs, and when in doubt, have sex. Good luck.
