Wine while TTC

I've been off BC for about 3 weeks now and we aren't 'actively' TTC, meaning I'm not charting or anything, we just aren't preventing right now.  

We are going to Italy in a couple weeks and I'd love to have a glass of wine with each meal, or at least a few sips of DHs wine.  I've heard varying things about drinking wine while pregnant, so I just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this. TIA.

My aunt is Italian and got one of those fancy little crystal shot glasses and had a tiny glass of wine with every dinner during both of her pregnancies.

So, you aren't charting your cycle, and having unprotected sex, but that's not 'actively' TTC? That sounds like trying, albeit nonchalantely.

Thank goodness!  LOL.  I was planning on it, but then read something on TB about not drinking while TTC so I was curious as to whether people actually did that.

teal owl:  ha ha, yes, we're trying, I suppose I was just trying to differentiate between how hard we're trying??  That still doesn't sound right, but oh well.
