These are the names of two friends children, both are 2, both have very gender neutral names to me, would you guess male or female upon seeing the names?

her name is Holly but she will answer to Dolly, I am pretty sure she believes her name to be Holly Dolly.

I would assume Emmery was a girl because the spelling is messed up. Lux is paired with Arden...which I see more people looking to put on girls than boys.

This was my exact thought.

Emery is a legit name for a boy, so I'm guessing that someone tried to change it to Emmery so they could use it to call their daughter Emme/Emma/Emmy.

And I also feel like more people are using Arden for a girl than a boy.

Both girls--Lux is a female name, and Arden seems to be more common for girls. Emmery is a bad feminization of Emery/Emory.
