    I am finally down almost 2 pounds. Woo hoo! It's the first time the scales have budged in a while. I hope I can keep it up. I have been walking a lot and trying to add more jogging in. I also managed to do some simple floor exercises while DS was playing the other day. He thought it was pretty funny to crawl under me anytime I did anything on hands and knees or toes.

    I started watching the video but only made it through part of step 2 before I had to turn it off. How long is this video?? Whew! It sounds like his advice might line up a lot with the Skinny Chicks Don't Eat Salads book, which I love. I wish I was better at following the principles in it!

    Down 1.7 lbs... Hit the 25 lb mark :) I am 2 lbs away from my goal weight but I may change that goal!
