    no we were just never TTC around that time.  However if we were we would have avoided February to avoid a November birthday...that is DH's hunting month.

    I kind of cheated, I said I have a december baby, but actually we are waiting on our december baby!

    I have PCOS, so I don't think I'd ever skip trying in a month purely to avoid a certain birthday. I'm just going to keep trying until I get pregnant.

    It took 8 months as it was. I just wanted to PG. Didn't give much thought to the month. I'm a Jan 3 baby, so I get the whole b-day near a holiday. My parents always had a separate party and separate presents, so it wasn't a big deal.

    I am about to have a SECOND December baby, so very obviously didn't avoid March.

    Both times I was already PG by the time March came around, so it wasn't an issue.

    With dd we started trying in April and pg first try..so Jan b-day it was...but with # 2 we will start trying in Jan for a Nov baby and continue for Dec if need be

    I do not ovulate often enough to avoid a certain time - so I will have 2 December babies!

    DH and I talked about waiting another month to start ttc just to try and avoid having a Dec baby.  But we didnt think we would get pg the first month, so we went ahead and ttc and got pg.  We dont regret it at all, and I would never change a thing about it.

    Actually my Dec baby was conceived on April 1st ;-)

    I voted OTHER: 

    DH has a bday in Dec, MIL's bday is Dec, Niece's bday is Dec, and my brothers bday is in Dec.... :)

    We didn't "WANT" a Dec baby, but we weren't being picky- we started TTC in Sept and got pg 1st try, so it just worked out that way.
