Hi Ladies,
I've got to get this out there, and don't want to confide in friends or family just yet. Has anyone else experienced nausea almost immediately after conception? I haven't taken a test yet because it seems too early to get a accurate result. DH and I may have created a LO over the weekend, which was at the peak time for ovulation. It seems crazy, but starting Wednesday this week I've experienced nausea and seem to be thirstier than normal. Of course I could have a stomach bug, but with the timing of things it seems possible. Any feed back would be great, I don't want to sound foolish, but it's all I can think about!
Thanks!
Re: Could I be?? MS immediately
I'm sorry to say that is too soon for any symptoms to appear! It's probably the stomach bug. Implantation occurs about 7-10 days after ovulation, and even then many people have no symptoms.
I would wait until it's been 2 weeks since you think you O'd and then test. Many of us on here use Fertility Friend to track our cycles (link in my, and other posters' sig). I find it helpful to know exactly when I O'd so I know when I can test. Also, they have very informative tutorials.
When you're TTC, phantom symptoms can drive you nuts. Welcome and GL.
Well, that ship has already sailed.
If you're pregnant enough to be experiencing pregnancy symptoms, you should be pregnant enough to turn a test positive. Pee on a stick and report back.

Too late...
I would suggest you get an account with Fertility Friend and do the free tutorials there, you really need to learn about the biology of conception so that you wouldn't even wonder about this impossibility.

I started having some mild ms about 2.5-3 weeks after ovulation.
But I also occasionally get a bit nauseous when I'm pms'ing. I wouldn't take it as a "sign" and get your hopes up.
If it truly is pregnancy causing the symptoms, you will get a positive on a home pregnancy test. Good luck!
