Has anyone found a class they like in the area?

Schoolhouse yoga has classes on Saturdays at McKnight rd location and Sundays in the strip. I enjoyed both and do think they helped during childbirth.

I love the classes at both Schoolhouse in Squirrel Hill only once a week though at that location and also all the classes at Shining Light in Lawrenceville. They are both set up where you can do a "class pass" and pay for multiple classes at a discount. Also look at Dancing for Birth class at Shining Light. I just did a drop in for that and it was a lot of fun.

Yes I second Shining Light in Lawrenceville! Loved the Thursday class.
