Asher or Judah

We have two top names that we both like but can't decide between. 

Asher or Judah??

I think Judah is a great name, though to me it is more of a Jewish name. NTTAWWT, as long as that suits you. For myself, I wouldn't give a flying fluck if I liked the name (which I do, it just doesn't go with our last name).

I like both of them but have a soft spot for Asher because I knew a great kid (now a teenager) with that name.  It would top my boy name list except it really doesn't work with our last name.

Oooh, tough bc I love them both. I think Judah is less popular though, so I'd probably lean toward that.

Ooh, both great names! I'm going to give the edge to Judah though as it has stood the test of time in that I see Asher as relatively new.

So are Jonah, Jacob, and Joshua. Many, many names are Biblical/Hebrew in origin. However, with the name Judah it's more apparent, IMO.

I'm not a huge fan of Judah, but I absolutely hate Asher. So Judah by default.

I think Judah is horrible.  Asher is NMS, much either but it gets my vote if it is between the two.

Loooooove both. DD would have been Judah if a boy. Probably depends on your last name as they have very different sounds.
