thoughts/questions/chart stalks: I got a very positive opk yesterday so today is o day. I'm kind of excited that its on cd 16 unsteady of 20. We have had crazy amounts of sex for most of my previous cycles and this time we will only hit o minus 1, o, and o plus 1. I'm kind of excited that we tried something different this cycle, hoping that maybe we have been exhausting his supply in past cycles. I have a tiny bit of hope.
gtky: what gift would you love to receive from your dh/soand not magic sperm or a baby ? I never let him spend much money on me because I don't NEED anything and I'm the money worrier in our family. I would really love it if he just went crazy and spoiled me with anything that I don't need, a fancy computer to replace my slow one, jewellery, a getaway somewhere, anything!

NTTGP related - does anyone else experience the wrath of the Midges?? I know they are called a bunch of different names, but that's what we call them here. We live right on Lake Erie and these pesky little bugs are a pain in my arse.

Last summer he bought me golf clubs for my birthday and we've only been out a few times this year. thoughts/questions/chart stalks: This is going to sound really nuts, but after watching the Superman movie this weekend I got this huge sense of peace about TTC that I haven't had at all since we started in April. Flame away because I know it's completely irrational, but ever since that first BFN I have been panicking about "what if it never happens". I have turned myself inside out worrying about things I have no business worrying about 3 months into this. I blame my anxiety and my need for control for that. I have been praying for peace of mind, saying rosaries, lighting vigil candles at church, everything I can think of to get myself to a place where I can find peace in God's timing rather than driving myself insane. For some reason, God chose to speak through a movie about a superhero. I may sound crazy, but I feel like I can finally handle whatever might happen on this journey toward becoming a mom.

Green tea can potentially help increase CM, but you can get the same result just by making sure you are well hydrated. Some choose green tea, some choose water.
Yes, for an OPK the test line needs to be as dark or darker than the control to be positive.

? A vacation! My spouse has been working full and and a full time student we arent able to go on vacation. Summer classes will make her grad faster so finally after this summer she is all done with school!! Next year I am hoping we can get a nice long vacation in!

New Plan: Reciprocal IVF, me as carrier wife's eggs. Just went through insurance and received partial approval, so my part will go through my IVF benefits and wife's part will be out of pocket. Now just finalizing finance plans to cover the oop costs. Doctors office is in process of moving to a new building so there are no IVF start ups until March/April 2015.

It was a fantastic movie! Superman has always been my favorite superhero and I was thrilled with the way the movie turned out. I'm liking the idea of a more strong and involved Lois Lane too. Amy Adams did a great job.

Superman is DH's favorite too! And I agree about the stronger Lois and how Amy Adams portrayed her. I think we're gonna go see it again this weekend at the drive in!
