My husband and I have agreed to start TTC next month. I will quit taking BC after this pack of pills. We are both nervous and excited. Does anyone have any advice? (Using OPKs, preseed, what tests are the best, etc)

    Hello! I'm right there with you. I have 5 more active pills, and then I will be embracing the crazy off bcp roller coaster ride. I hope your stay here is short and sweet. As far as advice, I don't have any, but the other ladies are very helpful

    Welcome and GL! My advice would e to lurk here for several days [you'll learn a ton that way!], read the newbie blog, read the acronym glossary, and have fun with this TTC journey!

    Welcome!  We also use preseed like regular lube. It's kind of pricey and with the applicators, you waste a lot. As far as tests go, pink dyes are the best. I'd stay away from blue dyes because they often give inaccurate results (mostly due to evaporation lines).

    Welcome! I am on my last pack of BC pills as well - 9 days left! I bought a BBT I plan to use next month and signed up for Fertility Friend to track my cycles until we start TTC. Good luck to you!! :)
