I tried the buffalo slow cooker chicken from Emily Bites tonight after seeing her meal ideas come up so much in the WFD threads (thank you, krdesi!)
We want to try more of her recipes but I'm just wondering who has tried them. Which ones have you tried, and did you like them?
Sorry for another food thread tonight (I thought of it earlier today but never got around to posting).

Sorry can't make it clicky. I have been looking at a bunch of recipes to try in the next few weeks. I haven't tried any yet, but they all look awesome!

I have done the chicken parm muffins and the buffalo chicken muffins. Both were easy and delicious. We're doing the chicken enchilada muffins later this week. I'm obviously a fan of the muffins, but since I'm doing WW, it makes portion control easy.

I really want to try the buffalo chicken muffins, so I am glad to hear that they were good. I didn't notice the chicken parm muffins, I will have to look again.
I haven't, I'm going to have to check it out. My weird thing is that I am trying to watch what I eat....but I don't like stuff that tastes like "diet" food, if you know what I mean. Do skinnytaste recipes taste like that?
I did the chicken parmesan muffins b/c I saw Sun post the recipe from emily bites on here a while ago. They were awesome and DH loved them as well!
I gave the recipe to my MIL also and she liked them too!
I have tried a good number of the "muffin" meals and they are all delicious and I have also tried the chicken parm casserole and grilled chicken pesto wraps and obviously the slow cooker buffalo chicken which were also yummy!
For the sweets, I have made the monkey bread muffins, banana pancake bites and peanut butter and jelly donuts, also allll delicious! And super easy!

Nope! Very similar concept to Emily Bites. All real foods just lighter, healthier versions. Plus she calculates the WW points as well which I love.
