Labor and Delivery Mt. Sinai, Miami Beach

Hi All,

I am currently trying to choose between Mt. Sinai and South Miami hospital to have my baby. Those are the only two hospitals that my doctor goes to. I do not have maternity insurance, so price is not the only deciding factor but is of concern. Mt. Sinai is running 3,500 to 6,000 for delivery and South Miami is$8,500 to 11,300. I am leaning toward Mt. Sinai based on cost, and the fact that all these doctors are the same and they make rounds in each of these hospitals, so the medical professionals you are getting are generally the same. Do any of you have experience in Mt. Sinai delivering your baby or any insight you can offer me about Mt. Sinai. Thank you.
