I am 32, after years of trying we found we had male factor infertility. We went through a fresh ivf (ectopic and two month break) cycle and two FET rounds w two eggs each. Third time was charm (started as reons but lost one- doctor said she was growing so big the other one coukdnt keep up and after lots bleeding and scared weeks/ ER trips) we have beautiful daughter who is almost 21 months old. I am still nursing, about 5x a day, some days only 4, but she literally give me the stink eye these days like she knows what I did there. Anyway, we have one last snowball in storage and plan on going in September to set up for an October transfer. I have had a regular cycle since she was 15 months, so no hold up there. Husband had varicocele repair the month we did FET and got pregnant w daughter. We have been actively trying for last six months, and dh even taking testosterone boosters to try and improve quality/quantity/ mobility. We knew slim chance- our eggs were all ICSI. I am concerned that it took us three rounds to get out first baby- we literally have one shot to get pregnant with our last egg in Fall. We currently cannot afford another IVF round to harvest more eggs and go that route. Looking for any insight to hopefully improve our chances for that round. I am currently working out to be in best shape possible, excellent diet (bc of breast feeding), and avoid (as much as possible environmental chemicals and hazards. Any words of advice to prepare over summer or anyone been here? Also words of advice for weaning AND, oh yeah, we have been cosleeping her whole life- any tried and true methods of getting her to her own bed? Hmmm.. I feel a little hopeless now, need lots of advice...
Re: Weaning to prepare for FET, general request for advice
"started as reons"
sorry, started as twins... On mobile and missed that even after proofing... Smh
This. Almost none of us here have a baby so we can't offer advice on weaning or cosleeping wish I could!.
One comment though to my knowledge testosterone treatments harm sperm counts. I hope your DH is seeing a male infertility specialist.

THIS!! Testosterone supplementation like creams and injections will cause testicular failure! I don't know about testosterone "boosters" but think he should probably stay away from those as well! I'd ask your specialist quickly about that because it can take 6 plus months to reverse if its reversible.
didnt think of that as we started out with infertility ( not a true secondary infertility issue- ivf w ICSI the first time) but I see your point entirely! I will post there.
The testosterone boosters are like DAA the doctor recommended to naturally boost his testosterone and not actual testosterone supplements/ creams or anything like that. We have seen a small improvement in overall #/quality but nothing that has made a difference yet.
Thank-you for answers and support! Good luck to all to see your BFPs soon!!!
