Advice on Charting very irregular cycles please.

Hi Ladies,

Just some quick backgroud info: Went off BCP in October 2012, Was pregnant in January, had a natural MC at 6weeks, since then I have been having on and off 32-35 day cycles, with irregular temps and EWCM at different cycle days most cycles.

Had hormone tests done after the MC and everything came back normal. DH does not have any issues.  

My obgyn has suggested I use a family starter pack - containing  2 x Inofolic ,1 x Sperm-I-Prove ,1 x Delfran Ovulation Dipsticks & 1 x Delfran Pregnancy Dipsticks for three months (Plus Pregomega plus) and then we can reevaluate. 

I am waiting for damn AF to show up, I am on cd43 today...Did a HPT on Tuesday and Saturday and BFN. I am ready to run for the hills.

How the hell do you chart cycles that are this irregular and how am I ever going to see a pattern develop?? Anyone else have the same issues?

A 35 day cycle is not considered irregular. When your cycle reaches 60 days, contact your doctor to have him reset your cycle with a Rx. Until then, all you can do is keep having sex, keep temping and keep using OPKs.

 I know it's frustrating to have to wait, but it is normal for couples to take up to a year to get a BFP. Don't get worried yet.

If you link your chart we might be able to help a little more. If you are on 43 now, have you seen a temp shift in your chart yet? I have seen several women who get temp shifts right before 60 days and even a few have gotten a long cycle BFP.

My "regular" ovulatory cycles range from 29 - 45 days.  I use Fertility Friend (link in my siggy) and I haven't had a problem charting or noticing a pattern.  It makes it difficult for FF to predict my fertile days, but I use OPKs and I notice changes in CM that help me predict when O may be coming.
