I am 33 weeks tomorrow and for the last week I have felt like someone hit my in the V with a hammer (Dramatic..maybe) but seriously. I am calling OB in the AM but has anyone else experienced this?
Thank you, Jenn

It sucks. I've been dealing with this since 20 weeks. Try keeping your legs together when you roll over or stand up. It really helps but isn't a magical cure.

I also have SPD and mine is pretty severe. It hurts pretty badly to walk, sit roll over or do just about anything. I am sitting eating breakfast right now and my lower pelvic area is throbbing. I have has it since 12 weeks and it has progressively gotten worse.
I have SPD too. It feels like someone kicked me repeatedly in the crotch with a steel toe boot, and in no way do I think that's a dramatic explanation.
Now that the baby dropped I can't roll over, get up, put on my own pants, walk without needing help and yelling profanities.
Re: Pelvic Pain
My Dr. recommends chiro so I will be scheduling my appt soon.
