ew ok. Just asking because someone mentioned that twists & certain poses could be a bad idea during that 2ww. wasn't sure & thought someone that does yoga could ease my mind.

I would wait until I had a positive test to alter my yoga routine at all.

I have only heard of it being a bad idea if you are going through IVF. My doctor has specified that I am to do no exercise involving twisting because you can twist your ovaries. That said, if you are having a natural cycle with no meds, your normal activities are fine and will not cause problems.

That is really good to know! I'd never heard of that before.

I hadn't either! But after hearing about it, I think I am going to walk like a robot while going through IVF because I am going to be paranoid I will twist something! I guess it is because your ovaries are "bigger" because of the meds, but EEK!

LOL! I am imagining you going through life doing the robot.
Yoga has some very purposeful twisty poses. So, I would think as long as you aren't stretching that way, you would be fine. But maybe stick with robot movements, just to be safe
ETA: This is the kind of thing I was thinking of. Don't do this!

Haha yeah, I am sure this is what they don't want me to do! But I keep thinking if I twist my body to look at something, I will twist an ovary! I haven't even started the meds but every time I twist or move quickly, I think to myself, "you can't do this during IVF!". I'm a little crazy obviously!
