Muffin recipe?

Hey guys, someone posted a recipe for muffins that they make for their LO.  It had apples and carrots and was a healthy recipe.  I really thought that I had saved it and now I can't find it anywhere.  If it's your recipe, can you share again?  Or if you know what I'm talking about, can you hook me up?  Thanks!
