I don't think Channing Tatum and Ryan Gosling are all that. I mean, they're cute, but...nbsp;The new superman? Yes, please! nbsp;
I'll piggyback off this and add that I don't give a fck about The Notebook or understand how people watch it fifty times. Once was enough for me. Ditto Titanic.

I don't do chick flicks. Gory movies? Count me in. Tarantino all the way.

Hell yes! I like horror/thriller movies as well.
ETA: This is not a green light to post that mutherflucking clown from the other day. That sonofabitch scares me. Thanks.

See, I don't mind chick flicks, but I don't get watching super sad movies fifty million times. I had four roommates in college and three of them constantly watched The Notebook. It was ALWAYS on!
I like Tarantino, because he marries the gore and humor. Aside from his flicks, Shaun of the Dead is one of my favorites to combine the two. I love that movie hard.

When he said "We're coming to get you Bahbara" I almost died. I like it as well.

Same here. DH asked if I wanted to watch What Dreams May Come with him a few nights ago. All I heard was "Do you want to take a nap on the couch?"

Have you seen Hot Fuzz?
I give up trying to get a ticker. I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome. Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself. Hmmm. How about...
"It is more fun to talk with someone who doesn't use long, difficult words but rather short, easy words like "What about lunch?" - A.A. Milne, Winnie-the-Pooh

I like that movie. I think I like the concepts it discusses. It's also visually beautiful. I'm not much for chick flicks but there are a few I like. When Harry Met Sally, Princess Bride, Under the Tuscan Sun, Love Actually, About a Boy (chick flick?), 50 First Dates to name a few.
I also like horror movies though. I choose my movies based on my mood I guess. I like Tarantino less for the gore and more for the dialogue. But I hated Reservoir Dogs. Too much. I still can't hear that song "Stuck in the Middle With You" without picturing the scene with the dude getting his ear cut off.

Of course! It's not as good as SOTD, though.

Really? I actually think Hot Fuzz is funnier. I like SOTD too. Are you excited for The World's End?

Only chick flick I like is Ever After. I like big budget nerdgasm films like Avengers or Star Trek, or watching shows like Firefly, etc.
I really like Avengers and Thor. Also Iron Man of course. Serenity is a good one. Along the sci fi lines, Event Horizon is the scariest effing moving I've ever seen.

How far do you live from me? I think you, I and LoisLayn should meet up and see World's End at Jordan Creek.
'memba I'm close to 2 hours away. Grr! I will, however, be in that area the weekend of July 5th-7th...

I saw a horror film recently... I think it was called The Collector? It scared THESHIT outta me.
Recommend. If you have a strong stomach.
My stomach was much stronger before DD. I had a hard time in some parts of Django Unchained, which is very unlike the pre-baby me. DH only likes zombie-like horror movies.

Just IMDB'd it. I don't do well with the psycho home invader type movies. Too much of a anxiety trigger. High Tension still haunts me. I like to stick to more supernatural, not likely to happen in real life, horror movies. I have a soft spot for zombie movies like 28 Days Later or Resident Evil. Another one I wish I had never seen is Wolf Creek. Dayum.

Dude. I am TERRIFIED of home invasion stuff. So DH took me to see The Strangers. I still have not forgiven him.
I knew better than to even consider seeing that movie. The previews freaked me out enough to turn the channel whenever they came on.

Re: Any other Juicy UOs?
That was Aug 13
If there's a hot topic on Wednesday it often bleeds into UO Thursday.
Thanks for pointing that out to me. I had no idea.
So you literally can believe it. You just figuratively can't believe it?
If my kid weren't asleep in my arms, I would have LOLed at this.

I would rather watch something funny I guess.
I guess here's another one:
I haven't seen The Notebook.
But I've seen New Jack City probably 100 times. My fave.
When he said "We're coming to get you Bahbara" I almost died. I like it as well.
smartass
Lovvvvvvveeeee Shaun of the Dead!
There's a girl in the garden......

Be so jealous. WE'RE GOING TO JAM OUT SO HARD, WATCH ALL THE MOVIES, AND EAT ALL THE BACON!

OMG, I'm dying.
