In my experience, negative tests mean not pregnant. I don't even know what else to say to this, other than why do you think some strangers on the Internet can tell you more than a test or a doctor can? Hormonal imbalances causing all these symptoms can be caused by any number of illnesses, not just pregnancy. You'll just have to wait to see what your doctor says.
Married August 2012. Me: 41 DH: 42
Daughter from previous marriage: 20
BFP 12/19/12:
Ectopic discovered at 8 weeks, right tube removed 01/18/13
June 2013 Testing Results: Progesterone: 31.7, LH: 5, FSH: 5, Estradiol: 161 Clomid cycles Nov. 2013 and Jan, Feb, and March 2014
Sorry I thought that would be confusing, I meant we had sex the day I ovulated and then 3 days later I felt off... Different.
Implantation, on average, doesn't occur until around 7-10 days after ovulation so anything you felt at 3 dpo would not be related to a pregnancy.
I'm sorry, but HPTs are 99% accurate at 16 dpo. If they say negative, you can be pretty confident that you are not pregnant (at least not from intercourse you had in March). Getting your period every 4 weeks is much, much more common than regular breakthrough bleeding.
I highly recommend that you check out Fertility Friend and start charting your BBT so you have a better understanding of how your body works and what it is doing.

All of this. If you think something is off, you should make an appt with your dr.
Only time they grew was when I was pregnant with my son. A positive didn't show up with him until approximate 10 weeks along.
So, you were taking UPTs with your son, but they showed as negative, then you got a positive test, went to the doctor, and you were 10 weeks? I just want to make sure I'm understanding this right. What did your doc say about why the tests were negative before then?
I agree with PPs that a negative test usually means not pregnant. Were you diagnosed with something that makes you think this isn't the case for you? If so, I would follow your doctor's recommendations and probably not use UPTs any more.
