Ditto this. Monistat worked for the first couple rashes, but then it stopped working so I switched to Canesten.

I also started using GFSE or TTO (a few drops) in our wipe solution to combat the yeast.

it took us a month to get rid of it. ridiculous. in the end I think all the antifungals killed it, but they were bothering LO's skin so it still looked like a rash. we finally gave him a few days doing nothing and things finally cleared up.

Thanks, never thought of trying a different cream!

Coconut oil made my sons yeast rash horrible after it was almost healed!! Maybe try not using it for a while?
