This happened to me too and I emailed customer service the other day and they said they missed the email showing it cleared through paypal and so the express mailed it to me.

I got a confirmation email saying they were shipped. Do you think they missed my payment? I did use PayPal.

I have ordered three times from them and it has taken ten business days each time. I have heard it can take a month or more with them. I would contact them after three weeks.

How many did you order? If you order more than 20 (I think) it is express shipped to you. If you order less, it goes through Hong Kong mail and can take about 3 weeks.

My express order took 8 days.  A few of my Alva's started delaminating and they sent me some new ones, and that took about 10.

Mine took exactly 2 weeks. I'd give it a few more days, especially since you got a shipping confirmation.

I ordered 3 NB diapers. Man, I wish they let you pay shipping to get them here sooner. :[ I want to order 6 more if they work out, but this is annoying and makes me want to reconsider.

I'd give it a few more days. My status never changed from pending that's why I emailed them.

They took about 8 days for me express, and a little over 2 weeks regular. I'd hang in there a little longer.

They got here today! Yay!!!! And they fit awesome! Now I have to wait until the 18th to order more and wait the two weeks again. Ugh. Loving the bamboo!
