Maybe higher elevated blood pressure? I had higher blood pressure during my pregnancy, and my left arm actually got numb a few times. It wasn't the tingly feeling... But numb. Same with my left leg. It could be your sciatica nerve... Which is very common in pregnancy. I asked my midwife about that a few weeks ago, and she said to use Tylenol for relief of pain or go see a chiropractor.
