I scrolled back to see if there had been a recent post but couldn't find one.  Apologize in advance if this is asked a lot but I am so overwhelmed by all the choices.  Any recommendations? With DD I purchased a brand from Whole Foods but they don't have it anymore. Thank you!!!

I am a big vitamin & supplement person, and am a huge fan of Solgar brand everything. I currently take their Prenatals and love them. My nails & hair are healthier and growing faster than ever (that's not why I'm taking them of course but its a nice plus). I've recommend them to others and everyone whose tried has loved them as well. Usually health food stores carry them but theyre cheaper on amazon.com. Just don't take them on any empty stomach or else you may get nauseous. Good luck!
