Have you been eating chocolate before bed? (I'm actually serious - I find choc gives me crazy vivid dreams. I haven't noticed a correlation with my cycle though, sorry.)
Haha I've found this too, but then I tend to have pretty vivid dreams all the time anyways. I have found them more so after eating weird or overly sugary/rich foods later in the evening, as well as if I've taken Melatonin to help me sleep or had a caffeine drink after supper. I've never linked dream variations to my cycle.

I can't even remember where I heard it, but someone once told me that eating cheese before bed would give you crazy dreams.
