I figured I better update those of you that wanted from my thread from Friday regarding vodka strawberries since I appreciate all your input!

They were a success!! They were a hit and got devoured pretty fast. But my personal opinion was that the cheesecake was soo unnecessary. I think I should have just left them as plain strawberries but everyone else seemed to enjoy the added sweetness. I don't think I would use the vodka again on them but am glad I tried and glad others liked them.
So thanks all for your input! I let them soak in vodka for about 3 to 4 hours and didn't find them mushy at all. Couple pics...

Oh sorry, I definitely just mean that I would keep the vodka and cheesecake separate. I'd do vodka strawberries plain and simple, or, cheesecake stuffed berries with no alcohol.
But other woman at the party seemed to love the combination.
