BFP on cloud 9!!!

I can't even describe my shock and excitement right now. With my LP's being consistently 1112 days for every cycle since I began temping, AF would have been due Sat. or Sun. I took LO to my parent's beach house for a weekend getaway, and when AF didn't show on either of those days, I thought "Huh, guess my LP is lengthening. I also thought it was odd that my temps didn't drop back down as usual. Since we were away, I couldn't test because I didn't pack any of my wondfos. So tonight I tested immediately when we got home from our trip. I was surprised to see a fairly dark line at 13 DPO and not FMU!

My shock comes from the fact that there has not been a whole lot of sex with an exhausting one year old, as you can see from my chart. I was going to try Shettles Method since we're hoping for a girl, but it just worked out that we BD'd 4 days prior to O, it wasn't exactly "scheduled" that way.

I'm planning on putting DS in a big brother shirt on Father's Day to break the news to DH. It's going to be a long week of secrecy!

Anywhoo I've been charting and participating on the board since Dec. and although my stay was short I wanted to thank all of you for helping me to learn so much about TTC and my body. AND especially helping to keep me calm when I was freaking out about stuff and over analyzing every little thing. I'd like to stick around to continue to help people in their TTC journey and keep updated on everyone's progress but I don't know if that's proper etiquette. Good luck to all of you and thanks again for everything!

Congrats. Once can do it. When we became pregnant in Dec we had sex once when I had OpK positive. I kept telling hubby it would take months since we are older. We did end up MC but it can happen with just one time!!!

Congrats happy 9 months!!!
