So we have a diaper rash. It goes away within 24 hours of desitin + disposable, so I know it isnt yeast. We have started supplementing formula, as well as reducing the Zantac that she is on. Any ideas? The diapers don't smell, and I do a "maintenance strip" every 2 months. 

 

Any ideas?

The zinc in Desitin is drying, maybe your LO is sesetive to wet skin. Have you tried a barrier cream, like coconut oil, or fleece liners? Just some ideas....
