DH and I are taking LO on vacation with us to a national park. We'll be doing some hiking and swimming while we're there. The hikes will probably be more like walks than all day treks - it'll be interesting to see how it goes. Particularly for the hikes/walks, though, I don't know what to wear that's nursing friendly. I usually wear a sports bra, fitted razor back tank top (so not enough give to pull out the breast), and lightweight shorts/pants. Any suggestions? I'm willing to buy one or two things, but I'm hoping to keep new purchases to a minimum.
Re: Nursing while hiking, swimming?
I would wear a scoop neck tank instead of a racerback. Bra depends somewhat on your breast size and what kind of bras you already own, but if you're generally active a nursing sports bra is probably worthwhile to buy.
Swimming was never an issue for me; if you're a leaker you could get some Lilypadz to wear while swimming.
