So I posted a few days ago that my new Best Bottom inserts came with frayed edges. I emailed Diaper Safari's customer service since they don't appear to ever answer their phone and she responded back that it some times happens and won't effect the functionality. I understand how that could be the case but I'd expect them to be sold at a discounted price as seconds not at full price and it wasn't on one insert but all 6 of them. Am I overreacting or would you expect something to be done to fix this? I guess I'm mostly annoyed because my other diapers were all either China cheapies or bought used so it bothers me that my first full priced diapers seem to be flawed.
Re: f/o Best Bottom inserts
I have some but I cant say I inspected the edges that closely and I am not at home to look at the ones I have.

This (bolded) is what I was going to say. I would try the retailer one more time and if nothing is resolved, I would a) let them know that I will be contacting the company directly, and b) also let them know that I will not be shopping with them anymore because of their poor customer service.

Diaper Safari is the same company as Nickis Diapers and I am pretty sure they make Best Bottoms.
I think they have terrible customer service. I got an Imagine cover with bad aplix and after I emailed them pics they told me in order to be refunded or replaced I would need to ship back to them and they just emailed me a shipping label. I was annoyed to have to buy an envelope and trek to the post office with the kids to send back a crappy cover. Most companies would not have asked for a defective diaper to be sent back.
