A hot flash and a fever are different things. If you actually have a fever, you need to control it with Tylenol.
If you're just hot, welcome to late pregnancy. Random nausea is also common toward the end. Is it hot where you are? A week and a half ago, we had a heat wave that coincided with four days of horrible all day nausea, diarrhea and dizzy spells for me. It sucked, but it passed.
It's possible you have a tummy bug, too. I'm still not sure if my issues were pregnancy related only or viral. It's anyone's guess. Hope you feel better soon! Stay hydrated.
I've had nausea and vomiting, which oddly enough, I did not have at all in the first tri. And frankly, it's violent vomiting.
My OB said it's because of how my body is squishing my organs.
However, she did first suggest that I might be sick. I wasn't but it sounds like perhaps you are? I don't think feverish is normal. I'd call your dr....

So funny you posted this because I was just googling "hot flashes while pregnant", and found that it is very normal during late pregnancy due to hormonal changes. I have had awful hot flashes (especially today) and I have had a few episodes of nausea in the last 2 weeks. I don't remember having hot flashes when I was pg with DD, but she was born in May, before it got really hot outside. I can completely understand now why women complain about summer pregnancies!
Be sure you are taking your temp if you think you have a fever because that is entirely different from a hot flash. If you have a temp you probably have an infection of some kind.

I hate hot flashes. I've been getting them a lot lately. My head gets all sweaty and I feel like I'm dying.
And some serious dizzy spells, and nausea.
Got a million tests done and they are all normal, so it's just another pregnancy joy.
