I'm 18 years old, I'm 7 weeks 2 days pregnant. I'm really wanting to breastfeed but unsure if people will judge me as I'm a young mum. Will breastfeeding interupt my sex life?
The kind of people that will judge you for being a young mom don't care how you feed your baby. They'll judge you anyway. Stop caring what they think - they suck.
Breastfeeding can change your sex life - initially, breasts can be a bit leaky and it's easier to leave on some lingerie as fresh air can bring on milk. That goes away in a few months.
Breastfeeding is an amazing gift for your baby. It's the perfect food, it's free (or nearly free, after you buy the basic supplies), and it improves your health, too. Finding support is really important - La Leche League, your hospital, or other community breastfeeding groups can help you feel confident in breastfeeding your baby.
As a young Mom, I think people will respect you more if you choose to breastfeed. It takes dedication and effort that most mature people will admire.
Agreed! And breastfeeding isn't necessarily going to ruin your sex life. The fact that an almost 8 lbs child came out of me is what had an affect on mine lol...

Assuming this is not MUD....having a baby will interupt your sex life, breastfeeding is just one aspect.
