sex at 30 weeks

Just wondering if anyone else has had a burning sensation during/after sex starting at 30 wks. I don't have a uti but I did just finish an antibiotic for vaginosis. Just not sure if its normal pregnancy thing or if I need to go back to the dr. Thanks!

Are you lubricated enough? That can produce tiny tears that can burn. Also, just because you checked out ok for a UTI at your last check up doesn't mean that you don't have one now. I'd call my doctor and ask them to take a urine sample. 

I don't think burning during sex or after ever classifies as "normal" pregnant or not.

I did a few years ago, before pregnancy. I went to my pcp, and she said it was just some very minor tearing, most likely from lack of lubrication. It could be any number of things, so go see your pcp!

I did. Then found out I had BV. I would call your Dr.

Ditto PP on the yeast infection. Antibiotics kill good bacteria, allowing a potential overgrowth of yeast. Call your MD.
