Intro sort of, and question about numbness

Hi ladies! I introduced myself early on in my first tri but haven't had much time to post since. I received a promotion shortly after and life went crazy. Things are balancing now so I want to come out of lurkdom and participate.

I am from GP on the nest, new to the bump side of things.

 

I also have a question about a numbness in my skin. It is on the upper part of my abdomen near my bewbs and on my right thigh. I say skin because it isn't really something I can feel unless I actually touch those areas. What the H is this?

I don't really know, but during pregnancy blood flow is so different that maybe its causing that? But our skin changes bc of hormones too, so I guess it could just be that. How annoying for u tho! Welcome btw.

I have a firey numbness on the front and side of my thigh.  My therapist told me today is was my femoral nerve located in the front of the thigh.  She gave me several stretches to try and we will start deep tissue massage if that isn't enough.  My O/B even said I may have to resort to a chiropractor if it intensifies because it can even be caused by uteral pressure on the lower spine. 

My suggestion is to ask a doc, cuz it only gets worse!!!
