Wondfo Dip strips

Have any of you had any issues with the dip strips lately?

I took two this morning and one is a negative and the other a positive. I am going in for a blood test today just to be sure. That is pretty messed up though!

Where are you in your cycle?  Are these pregnancy tests or OPKs?  I know you sig thing says your 10 prior to O so I'm assuming thats off (since O tickers are not good for anything).

 

They are pregnancy tests. I should be around 15 days after, according to my stupid little calendar thing. I  did not take accurate info down since we were officially starting this month.

Why are you going in for a blood test?...Why not just get another brand test or digital?

I was going in to OB to get lab work done anyways and nurse suggested she just add it in for me. I had in issue with last pregnancy and urine exams.

Unless you've had issues in the past I see no reason to pay for a blood draw or see a doctor until youre 60 days out from last period.  I would test with a digital or FRER . Thats frustrating, I hope something happens for you soon.   

I totally agree. If I already wasn't scheduled to get my blood drawn today. I would totally wait it out.

I would try a FRER or another test before I went right to a blood test.

I was thinking maybe it was evap, but it had color right away. *soo confused*

I also noticed some of the tests are cut differently too. Some are shorter than others and the wick to the actual test is shorter as well.

I also noticed some of the tests are cut differently too. Some are shorter than others and the wick to the actual test is shorter as well. 

Yah - the two tests for me were slightly different.  The handle on had almost red letters and the other was pink. 

 

On mine you can see that there is still dye left in the wick part of it. I used the same urine for both tests so it should not be that different.

I've wondered the same thing. Last month, even though we weren't officially trying, I took a FRER test because I felt weird. 3 days before my period was due I got a super faint line. I took a test the following two days and got clear BFN. Then I got my period. I'm hoping it was an evap line and not a CM because I've wondered if its safe to start TTC the month following a CM. if that would even constitute for a CM. I should have just asked in a separate post but I feel weird.

I had a C/P last cycle and my doctor suggested waiting a month to let everything get back to normal before trying. However, they also say that most women don't even know that they've had a C/P, and so they probably keep trying without a pause (if TTC in the first place). I think it's probably up to you and what you feel comfortable with. If my doctor didn't suggest it, I would for sure TTC again this cycle.

Omg I just realized I typed CM instead of CP. too many acronyms! I appreciate the response. I had a feeling that was the case but I'm really hoping it was an evap line. Even though I'm not sure they can happen on an FRER. If it were a CP it didn't mess up the timing of my expected period or anything.

Just got a call from the doctors office and she said the blood tests re negative. SO I guess I wait until my period comes to start my cycle
