Breastfeeding

pulling off the breast

DD has always been a great nurser, until recently! She will latch but then pull off constantly and latch back on. It doesn't matter what time of day or where we are in our feed (in other words, it's not just during my let down or at the end). She has always spit up a lot, so I burp her frequently when feeding. I cannot figure this out! She doesn't seem unhappy, but occasionally she does get frustrated while she's doing this and I do too! Any suggestions or advice?

BTW mobile users - LO is 2 months old.

dx: MFI 0% morph & low count. Occasional Anovulatory cycles.

Is she getting distracted? Maybe try a nursing necklace or other small object for her to hold in her hand and fiddle with.

My LO does the same thing. I think she is distracted. She likes to look around and see whats going on. I hope it is just a phase but who knows:)
