Almost 35 weeks...still vomiting

I thought the vomiting had passed. It had been about 1 month since the last time. Now it back and just as bad as first and second tri. Whyyyyy....sorry to be complainy...but it just sucks.
I take Zofran and Zantac to help with symptoms.
Anyone else still have all day sickness?

Re: Almost 35 weeks...still vomiting

  • I am not sure when you are getting sick, but I never had morning sickness, but now sick some evenings in third tri.  I have concluded that mine is caused by overwhelming heart burn/gastric juices and the fact that I eat too much (which isn't a lot) and there just isn't room for it in my belly anymore. :(  It is usually immediately after I eat and I feel fine up until the moment then violently puke up everything I just ate and then I am fine again.  It sucks, but at least I have figured out how to prevent it.

  • My vomiting used to be predominantly in the morning but not always now it's always at night. I rarely eat dinner because of the heartburn issues. So I think I'm going to have to do only breakfast and barely a lunch to prevent this :c

  • Yup, I'm still throwing up a couple of times a day. I have to say that overall sick feeling was better for a handful of weeks, but now I feel like I did in first trimester. I just get used to it. DD even asks if I'm throwing up every time I'm walking into the bathroom. I was put on a heartburn medication (prilosec) which has really helped with some of the sickness. Hang in there. Almost at the finish line!
