Abdominal pain

It's pretty much my whole belly, with stronger pain in my right side/back under my ribs. Been going on all day. No contractions. Diarrhea for about two days. I'm drinking loads of water. My blood pressure has been great. Would you call?

    How painful? Uncomfortable or you have to stop what you're doing and breathe through it? 

    If you're just uncomfortable, I'd just take it easy for a day or two and see if that helps. Also, take some tylenol. Every time I've called my OB with pain they say drink a glass of water, poop, take tylenol and call back in 30 minutes if it's still really bad.
