Baby Trend Envy Travel System

Does anyone else own this system and if so, are you having trouble with the car seat not appearing to be in the proper recline position when the car seat is put in the stroller? My LO's head falls to the side so I am using a rolled up receiving blanket to make it more comfortable but her head also falls forward sometimes and I am not sure what I can do to help her. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't have that travel system but you can try calling them because that really doesn't seem right. Maybe it's a defect? You could also try one of the other boards or your daughters birth month board, one of those ladies might be more likely to have the system because those boards are more active. Good luck!
