Once in awhile. I try to be really careful about the fit though. She doesn't really like anything super constricting (who does?), so I make sure that they are easy to move in.
My boys live in jeans but I do think they cut jeans more relaxed/loose for boys than they do for girls. ?One of the few benefits of boys vs. girls clothing
DD and jeans do not get along. They never have. I don't know what it is about her body shape (well her belly, for one thing), but jeans just do not fit her well. The waistband always digs into her stomach whenever she sits down. The only jeans that have ever fit her are Levis with an elastic waistband. Gap jeans are probably the next best ones for her, but I still rarely dress her in jeans because she is always sucking in her belly when she sits down in them or pulling at the waistband.

I tend to not put DS in jeans too often, he needs the adjustable waist cinched in so tight that it doesn't look comfortable really. I have a lot of the active type pants for him, those are sooo soft and lined.
Nora wears jeans quite often. She sometimes complains that the button bugs her, but other than that we have no trouble with them. She owns a lot of yoga pants, too.
He wears jeans alot, the best ones are made by Levi's and they feel so soft. He had two pairs of those when he was younger. Around the house he usually wears sweatpants now.
I have found that Old Navy jeans seem to be a little softer and look fabulous on both Alexander and Christopher. (At Zachary's age jeans are just jeans.)
I put DD in jeans all the time. I think they are just adorable on her. I also have to adjust the waistband in for all of them, so the waist is never that tight.

DD wears jeans some, but I have been having problems with them lately. The cheapo yoga pants from Target seem to be the best pants for her right now - I may have to go buy more!

I agree they don't seem comfortable. I usually dress dd in leggings or cotton pants mostly.
My boys ALWAYS wear jeans.
