Help! Being discharged tomorrow and baby still has no name!!

I still don't have a name for my perfect little man who was born Friday morning. All our short listed names either don't suit him or aren't good enough.
Names I like but can't use: jack, Benjamin, Alexander
Names I like but don't seem to suit him: Oliver, thatcher, Stanley
Names that we think suit him but not sure we love: Gus August?, milo and Oscar.
To me Oscar is perfect but my husband taught one he didn't like and it has soured the name for him.
Would love some suggestions.

Of the names you said you're considering, I love Oscar and Milo. I agree that if you name your LO Oscar, that your husband's bad association will fade.

I also love the suggestions of Amos, Gable, Max, Jonah, Quentin, Theodore (nn Theo is adorable!), and Felix.

We have a DS named Benjamin, so here are other names we've considered: Ezra, Asher, Levi, Elias, Luke, Nathaniel, Isaiah, and Evan. Maybe Oliver?

Thanks for all of the great suggestions! There were lots of names one of us liked but the other taught one we are both teachers.
After making my husband read through all of your great posts, we decided to go with Oscar! We tried it out and it suits him so well.
