REALLY! I don't need this now

Not only is my freaking nether regions swollen and hurting... but now a molar (which has a crown already) is swollen and I am thinking it is an abcess/infection. I now have to drive to a dental office 40 min away for an 8AM Sat apt and pray it won't need to be pulled. It sucks I will need an x-ray but I know it is safe for 1. DH leaves for a conference at 11AM and thank goodness our sitter is free in case I am not home yet! SUCKS! But REALLY!! NOT my day at all. Praying it doesn't start to really hurt tonight.

Thanks all, I used to be a dental asst so I am not to hopeful... esp seeing that I am pretty sure it is the tooth with a root canal (already has a crown on).... and 2nd time root canals are not to promising My guess is it will need to be pulled, I will get a temp until after baby is born and then I will get an implant. I kind of knew this day would come at some point. When I was in high school I had PERFECT teeth until we switched dentist's my Sr. yr (long story short) this new dentist FILLED all my molars, did a shotty job at it, lost his practice (fled to Mexico and "lost" all x-rays and files), and I have had issues ever since. Grrrrrrrrrr.
