Update- Kept my tube!

I had pretty bad abdominal pain yesterday.  RE thought it was internal bleeding and it was time to get the tube out. It took almost 6 hours to get me in for surgery which really sucked b/c the pain got worse.   In surgery, I did have internal bleeding and clots.  My right tube was inflamed but the pregnancy was not there.  My RE couldn't find it so we are just hoping it popped out on it's own. He was somehow able to open up the outer layer of my tube to confirm the pregnancy was not there without messing with the inside so I got to keep my tube!!!  Guess we do have good luck every now and then!

He also found a tiny bit of endo which he took care of.  He checked my tubes to make sure they were not adhered to my abdominal wall and they weren't.  I go in for a beta tomorrow just to be sure the pregnancy is not implanted somewhere else.  I think it's just a safety precaution.

At the hospital I found out I have morphine sensitivity and get terrible shakes after anesthesia.  The convulsions were scary when they happened but they tell me it's really common.  DH said it happened to me after my D and C too but I had no idea b/c I was passed out!

I'm resting up now.  My stomach is a little sore and my shoulder hurts like crazy when I stand up (apparently from gas from the surgery?).   I am just really happy to have this whole ordeal over with!  Hopefully my beta tomorrow will have dropped drastically!

I am so sorry you had to go through all of that! Thank goodness you got some good news, and was able to keep the tube, and they cleared some of the endo

Good news in general! I remember those gas pains after my laparoscopy for my endo. Have a restful and healing weekend.

Sorry you had to go through all that! If you aren't using a heating pad for your shoulder and tummy get one! My heating pad was my BFF after my lap. Rest up!

Yay for keeping your tube! You have been through so much, I'm glad that the surgery went well.

Walking around a bit will help get rid of the gas pains. Even if its just a shuffle around the house every couple of hours. Rest up and I hope you feel better soon!

Wow, so sorry you had to go through all of that!! Glad to hear you kept your tube and that he was able to check things out in there. FX that things are smooth sailing for you here on out!

What a rollercoaster! I'm glad you kept your tube but this whole experience must have been terrifying! I hope your recover quickly and beta drops to zero!
